Azalea 'Amoena' Shrub
Azalea 'Amoena' is an old but reliable variety of Azalea, growing wonderful, magenta pink flowers in May. Azalea 'Amoena' has a slightly spreading habit but will remain fairly small and compact so is well suited for smaller gardens. We recommend pairing with one of our other flowering Azaleas for a beautiful late spring display of colour. Azalea 'Amoena' can also be planted in a container and would make a lovely addition to a patio or terrace. Glossy evergreen foliage provides further interest as well as year-round structure. Plant in an acidic soil or ericaceous compost in a partial shade or full sun position. Approximate height and spread of 1 x 1 metres in 20 years.
